Single-Sided Hearing Loss

Second appointment with Hear Again. It was another five start experience. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time. Audiologist was lights out great. She explained the entire process. Overall a very good experience.

The staff at Hear Again Center are all very professional and courteous. Excellent service and followup program. They make me feel like I'm part of the team! Needed one of my aids repaired. They sent it out and returned it to me as good as new!
